"On My Way Again" is the first single off Cree singer-songwriter Niska Napoleon's debut solo album.

Carrying her unique experience with the land through reggae rhythms, she takes us on a storytelling journey by incorporating footage taken throughout Canada and Mexico.

"This song is a personal anthem for me that continues to give me strength to this day. You wait for moments like that as an artist, an authentic born experience that shapes the way you view your world, to me, it formed “On My Way Again”, a song about a moment I never want to let go.

I wish there were more stories out there that celebrated independence, that showed little girls that floating in the ocean under the sun with a smile on your face is enough...you don’t need someone else to complete your story!"
